One of the highlights of any wedding reception is the cake. When planning your cake, you want something both beautiful as well as delicious. We bake your cake from scratch and personalize it according to your specifications. Understated elegance in all white or in colors to match your wedding, we do it all. We will hand decorate your cake with fresh flowers or hand create the decorations of your choosing from icing and fondant. In addition, we have a variety of luscious cake flavors and scrumptious fillings to make your cake something to remember.
Cake Consultations and Tastings:
Typically we like to plan your cake consultation at least 6 month in advance of the wedding. Cakes that serve 100 or more people are typically created in three or more tiers. Additional sheet cakes are offered for larger parties. Cake pricing will vary widely based on decorations, fondant and icing choices, and style. Typical rounds come in one or two flavors, up to 4 layers and a variety of fillings. A typical 8 inch round equates to 12-15 people. A 10" round has 20-25 servings and a 12 round about 40-45 servings. The average sheet cake serves 60-70 people and comes in one flavor with an optional filling. Half and quarter sheet sizes are also available.
